Founded in 2005, NW Bounty is a small, specialized family-operated company. We have been selling seafood and wild mushrooms to the finest restaurants in Seattle for over a decade. Ran by Alex Spencer and his nephew Will Holdridge, our passion for wild foods and our eye for quality is unprecedented.
We offer only the finest seafood delivered directly to Seattle restaurants from boats around the Pacific Northwest, primarily from La Push and Neah Bay. The fish are simply stored on ice in coolers on a pickup truck, and brought straight to Seattle to sell within 24 hours. Our relationships with our fishermen and fish mongers have grown and prospered over the years. We sell wild mushrooms foraged on the Olympic and Cascade mountains. We cut out the middle man to provide exceptional quality at a great price. Buying directly from the source provides it's challenges (for both fish and mushrooms), but operating on such a small scale while exclusively selling to the Seattle market makes this business model completely viable.
